Job Description
Raytheon is looking for a skilled RF engineer to lead integration and troubleshooting of RF systems within HWIL facilities. The role involves working with a talented team to develop and calibrate RF systems, ensuring the successful execution of critical defense projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead RF architecture trades and design activities for developmental programs
Perform RF system calibration activities within HWIL facilities
Lead RF troubleshooting and failure investigations
Assist in generating requirements and verification plans for RF systems
Collaborate in a team environment supporting system development and sustainment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Experience with RF electronics design and/or RF antennas
Active and transferrable US government issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of calibration/characterization of RF signal generation systems
Strong organization, coordination, planning, and teamwork skills
Existing Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) clearance
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience with programming languages such as Java, C, C++
Experience using test equipment like oscilloscopes and network analyzers
