Job Description:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Engineering Administrative Support professional to join our team.
  • This onsite role supports engineering operations through efficient document management, project coordination, communication, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Management:

  • Maintain and organize engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and technical manuals.
  • Ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility of documentation.

Project Support:

  • Assist in scheduling, tracking progress, and updating stakeholders on key project milestones.
  • Help coordinate resources and support engineering team deliverables.

Communication:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for the engineering department.
  • Facilitate effective communication between teams and respond to internal and external inquiries.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records, including financial and operational data.
  • Ensure compliance with data retention policies.

Quality Assurance:

  • Support audits and inspections.
  • Ensure adherence to established quality procedures and documentation standards.

Procurement:

  • Assist with procurement processes and resource allocation for engineering projects.

Office Management:

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure the smooth daily operation of the engineering office.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain well-organized records.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with software tools such as Microsoft Office and project management applications.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying and resolving issues independently or collaboratively.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Confidentiality: Trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential information.
