Job Description
As a Traveling Project Manager at SAIIA Construction, you will oversee civil and construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring experience in Heavy Civil Construction or CCR and be ready for significant travel across project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all requirements for civil and construction projects
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards
Maintain liaison with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Monitor and control construction activities
Coordinate project material deliveries and subcontractor needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years previous experience in an equivalent position
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proficiency in construction estimating and scheduling software
Preferred Qualifications
Understanding of civil engineering design and construction methods
Knowledge of mass grading, stormwater management, and utility infrastructure requirements
Experience with job costing, scheduling, and estimating contract changes
