Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis plans and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of billing and documentation
Engage in collaborative care with the team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation if required
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
