Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Duration: 13 Weeks / 40 hours per week
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,900
(Taxable: $1,680 | Non-Taxable: $1,220)
Charting: MediTech
Floating: Required within scope if needed

 

Requirements

• Completion of an approved EMG program or equivalent neuroscience experience
• Associate degree in Neurodiagnostics or related field (required)
• 2+ years of EMG Technologist experience (preferred)
• BLS (AHA) certification (required)
• Competency in nerve conduction studies and assisting providers with EMG procedures
• Experience monitoring and analyzing EMG/neurophysiology wave patterns
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to meet patient and department needs

Responsibilities

• Perform nerve conduction studies and assist providers with EMG testing
• Accurately analyze and evaluate diagnostic results
• Support clerical functions within the neurology unit
• Communicate patient conditions and results with physicians and care teams
• Maintain regulatory standards, policies, and patient care requirements
