Job Description
Join Staples as a Sales Account Manager for Quill, driving revenue and building partnerships within the public sector and commercial markets. You'll strategize, present, and engage with clients, all while enjoying a flexible remote work environment and competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers
Build territory strategy and analyze performance
Qualify prospects and route opportunities
Schedule and meet with prospective customers
Create engaging presentations using marketing collateral
Represent Quill at conferences and events
Create and present custom pricing solutions
Ensure smooth transition to account management team
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records
Seek continuous improvement and apply coaching
Positively impact team culture and collaborate with peers
Grow share of wallet by consolidating business from other vendors
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
5+ years sales experience
At least 6 months of relevant experience in the public sector
Ability to cover a territory of Los Angeles, CA and surrounding Southern CA area
Approximately 50% travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven business development experience
