MedCadre is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a local contract job in Seaford, Delaware.
Job Description
Position: Local - Licensed Practical Nurse
Location: Seaford, DE
Shift: 10:45 PM to 07:15 PM
Hours per Day: 8
Hours per Week: 40
Contract Duration: 7 Weeks (with possible extension)

Job Responsibilities
Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
Perform routine checks, including vital signs and overall assessments.
Administer prescribed medications and ensure patient adherence.
Support doctors and RNs with procedures and patient care.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families.
Requirements
License: Active LPN License
Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an LPN
Certifications: AHA BLS – Required
Vaccination: Fully COVID-19 vaccinated – Required
