Job Description
Join Zen Educate as an Assistant Teacher in Special Education and make a difference in the lives of K–12 students. You'll provide essential academic and behavioral support in a structured classroom environment, gaining hands-on experience and building meaningful connections.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting the classroom teacher
Work with individual and small groups of students to reinforce instructed material
Assist in compiling classroom communications
Maintain a conducive and safe classroom environment
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student experiences
Support with personal care or hygiene as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 48 credits
Experience working with children with Special Educational needs
