Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to assist customers with their taxes remotely. You will leverage your expertise to provide tax advice and guidance using TurboTax products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Perform tax calculations and manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
