Key Responsibilities

Collect information from new Residents
Record health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature
Administer medications and injections
Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (if required)
Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene
Monitor Residents' food and liquid intake and output

Required Qualifications

Valid LPN State license
Good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
