Job Description
Join Whole Foods Market as a Team Manager in our Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance division, where you will lead a dedicated team in ensuring equipment safety and compliance within a vibrant food production environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations of the maintenance team
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement repair strategies
Develop preventive maintenance schedules
Manage maintenance budgets and inventory of supplies
Build a positive work environment and manage team performance
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
2+ years of experience in maintenance within a food manufacturing environment
12+ months of maintenance supervisory experience in food manufacturing
In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and hydraulic systems
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as CMRP or CPMM
OSHA safety certification or other relevant safety training
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
