The Medical Director of the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Program leads and develops a comprehensive, multidisciplinary IBD program across Swedish Medical Center and the Puget Sound region. Role (Position Description):
The Medical Director, Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Program, will develop and lead the IBD program at Swedish and across the Physician Enterprise Puget Sound (PEPS).
Responsibilities:
Develop a comprehensive, multidisciplinary IBD Program across Swedish and the Puget Sound and Washington State
Accountabilities:
Medical Director will be accountable to Executive Medical Director of Digestive Health Institute and Accountable Leader will hold regular meetings to monitor and review progress. Accountable Leader will conduct an annual evaluation of the Medical Director’s performance and accomplishments. During the annual evaluation, the upcoming year objectives and goals will be determined and memorialized in an evaluation repository.
Initial Term Objectives:
Subsequent objectives will be updated annually in agreement between Medical Director and Accountable Leader, and will not require a contract amendment.

Qualifications:
Compensation is between $350,000 and $475,000 per year.
