Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks
Work as part of a home health team focused on patient care
Assess patients and establish therapy goals
Assist patients with exercises to improve motor skills
Suggest adaptive equipment for patient support
Assess fall risks and improve home safety
Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises
Required Qualifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in Colorado
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
One year of OT experience, preferably in home health care
Background check and drug test clearance
