Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload and practice person-centered service planning
Advocate for residents with service providers
Evaluate and assess independent living skills
Complete documentation of resident interactions
Participate in intake, assessments, and discharge conferences
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
Preferred Qualifications
At least 1-year experience in Human Services
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite of products
