Description of the role:
Springs Village Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our physical therapists to provide rehabilitative services to patients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Help educate patients on prevention and rehabilitation techniques
Requirements:
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program
- Valid state licensure or certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
