Source Medical Staffing is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for an Acute Care setting with a Hospital in Glendive, MT for a 13 week travel contract for to start as soon as October 27th. Schedule:
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)
Guaranteed Hours: YES;
8 and 10 hr shifts - 40 hrs
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Physical Therapist - both inpatient/outpatient
Pending License accepted: No, but COMPACT LIC ACCEPTED. If no compact or state license, MT state license takes 8 weeks to obtain.
Certfications: Certs marked with * are preferred
BLS*, State licensed
Travel Experience Required:
Yes
Charting System:
Required, Cerner
Pay Packages are all inclusive, built on 40 HRS/13 weeks and subject to confirmation and other fees not defined by facility. Per Diems (Housing and Meals) will be determined prior to submission and will be based on MAX allowed per GSA. Please discuss pay breakdowns with your Recruiter prior to submission. Travel Reimbursements included in Pay Package - please discuss with Recruiter
