Join Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner to provide essential on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice, primarily in long-term care settings. You'll work independently to ensure effective patient treatment plans while fostering relationships within client facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform on-site screening clinical assessments for patient treatment plans
Conduct history and physical exams for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill patients
Order and review diagnostic and therapeutic tests
Assist with the provision of care according to regulations
Monitor the effectiveness of interventions
Educate family members and clients about services offered
Assist with the development and maintenance of physician relations
Complete reports in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
Current NP License
BLS - Basic Life Support certification
Current Infection Control Certification
Board Certified/Board Eligible
Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
