Key Responsibilities
Identify membership growth opportunities and meet production goals
Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend suitable products
Educate individuals on healthy lifestyles and assist with applications
Represent Fidelis Care at community events and marketing sites
Build relationships in the community to generate referrals
Use Sales Force CRM for activity tracking and lead management
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Driver’s License may be required
Preferred Qualifications
2 to 5 years prior experience in managed care, sales, customer service or related experience
Bilingual - English/Any Language
