Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures
Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure
Assist physicians during procedures
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment
Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters
Support post-procedure care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians
Adhere to hospital safety protocols and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
One year’s recent experience as a Cath Lab RN
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Current ACLS Certification
Preferred Qualifications
PALS or ENPC Certifications
RCIS certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
