As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) on a PRN basis at Cleveland Clinic, you provide specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns. You collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement and monitor patient care plans, ensure accurate documentation, and support infants and their families throughout treatment and discharge. This role requires RN licensure, neonatal certifications, physical stamina, and the ability to work variable shifts in a high-acuity hospital environment.

How You’ll Benefit
A caregiver in this position works PRN (as needed) variable day/night/evening /weekend shifts from 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. OR 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.
