Key Responsibilities
Collecting required information from new Residents
Recording health details of Residents, including vitals & temperature
Administering medications and injections as needed
Treating and dressing wounds and bedsores
Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) if required
Assisting Residents with personal hygiene and dressing
Monitoring Residents’ food and liquid intake and output
Required Qualifications
Valid LPN license (any state)
In good standing with State Registry
Ability to work as a team member
