Key Responsibilities
Help participants grow, learn, and live well
Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
Assist participants with personal hygiene
Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
Encourage participants to be part of the community and enjoy favorite activities
Support developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license for over 1 year
Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
