Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support continued care and safety Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Qualifications: Current Occupational Therapist license in the state Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program 1 year of experience in skilled nursing facility Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team BLS certificationTowne U.S. LLC Job ID #16657248.
