Job Description
As an Assistant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations and administrative activities to ensure contract compliance. You will lead service coordination, manage quality control, and enhance client relationships in a dynamic environment, driving operational success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate service activities for assigned building
Control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications
Interact with customers daily for feedback and troubleshoot issues
Manage quality control monitoring and safety programs
Conduct quality of service inspections
Develop operational improvement plans
Increase revenue by providing additional services to customers
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Create reports, proposals, and monthly presentations
Schedule periodic maintenance
Analyze financial and operational performance
Ensure accurate payroll submission
Work with General Manager on invoice action plans
Provide leadership to Supervisors and Lead personnel
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High School degree
Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment
Experience in cost estimating/pricing work
Working knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
