Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small group of physical therapists, aides, and students
Evaluate and treat a broad spectrum of patients
Communicate with staff members, physicians, and other disciplines
Administer comprehensive PT evaluations
Develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients and families about self-care and safety
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning
Required Qualifications
Graduation from an approved school of Physical Therapy
At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist I or two years in a related clinical setting
BLS - Basic Life Support Certification by AHA
Current Licensure with the California Board of Physical Therapy
