Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate respiratory care for patients
Anticipate patient needs and address concerns
Plan and implement non-standardized interventions
Work with healthcare team for patient discharge planning
Document patient evaluations and treatment plans accurately
Monitor patients and report inappropriate responses
Utilize knowledge and expertise of colleagues and resources for patients
Required Qualifications
At least two years of clinical respiratory therapy experience
Ability to logically and independently plan and organize work assignments
Graduate of an AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Program
A current NJ license
BLS and ACLS certification
Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
