Key Responsibilities
Organize and provide speech-language services for rehabilitation
Direct patient participation in tasks to restore and enhance performance
Facilitate learning of skills essential for communication and swallowing
Supervise temporary licensees and students
Consult with rehabilitation team members for appropriate therapeutic regimens
Adapt treatment plans according to patient needs
Screen, examine, and evaluate patients
Develop treatment goals and methods in collaboration with patients
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Communication Disorders
American Speech-Language-Hearing Association certification
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Fiberoptic Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallowing (FEES)
Specialized training in swallowing disorders
