Join Kantar as a Systems Operations Engineer in Miami, where you'll monitor technical operations and support clients across North and South America. In this role, you'll tackle urgent client incidents, develop IT infrastructure, and ensure optimal service availability in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day technical operations and handle client incidents
Carry out technical investigations into service-impairing issues
Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure and systems
Manage and monitor installed systems and infrastructure
Troubleshoot technical issues
Be the point of contact for US datacentre-related tasks
Participate in the development of IT infrastructure project roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Relevant degree in information technology
Experience with operating, documenting and managing enterprise infrastructure and services
Experience with Microsoft Server Active Directory
Good troubleshooting techniques
Fluent in English, both written and verbal
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple cases/tasks
Strong technical knowledge of troubleshooting software issues on Windows Server OS
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of LAN and WAN networking
Experience with Microsoft Server OS, including GPO, DNS and DFS management
Experience in working with remote application services management
Experience from a software development and production company
Experience in audience measurement or large dataset management
