Key Responsibilities
Assess, plan, delegate and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients
Identify actual and potential patient needs/problems through assessment
Supervise and assign patient care duties to nursing team members
Document patient assessments, care plans and responses to interventions
Administer medications and treatments as required
Maintain a safe patient and working environment following safety policies
Receive and evaluate physician orders and patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
Current Virginia License
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Charge Nurse experience
