Assignment Details:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 13 Weeks

• Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 4 nine-hour shifts

• Call: None

• Weekends: None

• Floating: None

Requirements:

• Active RN licensure

• ACLS, BLS, PALS required

• 1–2 years PACU experience

• EMR: Cerner preferred

Scope of Role:
Fast-paced specialty hospital PACU caring for a variety of orthopedic procedures including Total Joint replacements, major spine, and trauma cases. Responsibilities include monitoring patients post-anesthesia, providing safe and efficient recovery care, and collaborating with surgical and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Facility & Unit Details:

• Beds: 16 pre-op / 11 PACU

• Unit Beds: 27

• Monthly Volume: ~500 patients

• Patient Ratio: 2:1
