Key Responsibilities
Evaluates patients and establishes individualized treatment goals.
Conducts and modifies evaluations based on patient symptoms and medical status.
Administers appropriate therapeutic techniques.
Educates patients/families on exercise programs and functional activities.
Documents all procedures in accordance with insurance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited program of Speech Language Pathology with a minimum of a M.S.
Holds current Connecticut license for Speech Language Pathology.
Certificate of Clinical Competency from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Basic personal computer skills in Windows-based programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites.
