Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of new account desks and teller areas
Provide coaching to associates and create schedules
Direct activities of branch associates for customer service
Monitor branch staff performance related to cross-selling and referrals
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Handle customer concerns and escalate as needed
Assist in recruitment and training of branch staff
Complete new accounts and teller activities as needed
Complete quarterly unit assessments and ensure adherence to policies
