Job Description

As a CRM Technical Lead at Boeing, you will innovate and implement solutions that enhance customer information systems for both commercial and defense sectors. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security while mentoring team members and driving project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to team members
  • Make architectural and design decisions for solutions
  • Lead the development and integration of customer information management solutions
  • Translate user stories into scalable technical architectures
  • Guide teams through the technical delivery lifecycle
  • Lead customer information management initiatives
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
  • Ensure adherence to DevSecOps practices
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver secure and compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex cross-system issues
  • Support Azure DevOps for backlog management and sprint execution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 7+ years of experience in information technology
  • 7+ years of experience Salesforce CRM development, architecture, and solution delivery
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce integration patterns
  • 7+ years of experience Salesforce Data Modeling
  • 7+ years of experience with Salesforce DX, Git-based source control, and CI/CD pipelines
  • 7+ years of experience Salesforce Einstein integration
  • 7+ years of experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL
  • 5+ years of experience working with multi-cloud environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect
  • Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in large enterprises
  • Experience in Agile delivery frameworks using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools
  • Experience mentoring developers and leading vendor delivery teams
  • Experience working in multi-org Salesforce environments
