Job Description

Join Quill, a Staples brand, as a Customer Service Representative where you'll manage a substantial account portfolio, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer support. Leverage your experience in consultative selling and account management to create tailored solutions and enhance client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned book of accounts with large sales and potential (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and grow sales as well as manage current customer base
  • Create and maintain a solid understanding of accounts and build strategic growth plans
  • Utilize enablement tools to keep customer data updated and manage opportunities
  • Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone, email, and on-site visits

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Must have the availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Had responsibility for a sales quota and a track record of exceeding quota
  • Managed a complex deal shaping from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Had responsibility to retain and grow accounts
