Join MassMutual as the Head of Change Management and lead the evolution of our change management practices across the Corporate Function project portfolio. This highly visible role will focus on strategic transformation, enhancing change readiness, and ensuring successful implementation of major business initiatives with strong engagement and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Change Management Team for Corporate Function project portfolio
  • Determine and implement the change management strategy for projects
  • Evangelize Change Management's mission across the organization
  • Facilitate a Change Management Center of Excellence
  • Align change management practices with overall business strategy
  • Define and own standards for change management processes
  • Oversee domain owners for stakeholder and field engagement
  • Produce and promote value metrics focused on projects
  • Engage Corporate Function leaders and project sponsors
  • Enforce quality control for change management standards

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of experience leading large strategic or transformational changes in large, complex financial services companies
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills
  • Well-versed in Change Management methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Exceptional leadership and influence capabilities
  • Strong facilitation and training skills
  • Ability to manage a team of change resources
  • Committed to active participation in the Project Management process

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years focused on change management discipline with experience in insurance, wealth management, and distribution
  • Prosci certification or equivalent
  • Agile/Waterfall project management experience
  • Robust knowledge of best practices related to communications, training, and user engagement
