Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of one to four programs
Implement direct supports and person-centered planning
Manage program staff including performance evaluations and scheduling
Make decisions on employee hires, promotions, and terminations
Monitor delivery of services and supports
Be available on-call to support staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of related experience in the Human Services Industry
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills
