Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment
Conduct FAI/CVI (Annual) inspections on fleet vehicles
Execute quality maintenance repairs on all fleet vehicles
Diagnose and repair refrigeration units
Address Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write ups
Document all work performed on work orders
Mentor and teach Fleet Technician I and II
May perform moderate supervisory roles when necessary

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Current and valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

5 years of experience in fleet maintenance and repair
Medium / Heavy Duty truck technical training - 2-year school and 4 years of experience
Annual Inspector Certification
Brake Inspector Certification
ASE certifications & Automotive or Medium/Heavy Duty Trucks
EPA section 608 (Core & Type II) and 609 HVAC & Refrigeration Certification
