Key Responsibilities
Design and development of transmitters, receivers, or exciters
Design of circuit card assemblies (CCAs) with RF or mixed signals
Conduct component characterization and module verification in a lab
Test and handle sensitive RF hardware
Perform schematic capture and RF routing
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of five years of relevant experience
RF design and fabrication
RF test and troubleshoot
Simulation of RF products
Experience with RF design tools like Mentor DX Designer, HFSS, SystemVue/Genesys, ADS
Preferred Qualifications
Mentorship or apprenticeship experience
Technical oversight responsibilities
Experience working across domains on complex projects
Team lead experience on technical projects
EVMS or CAM experience
Documentation preparation with minimal oversight
Background in designing for manufacturability and cost constraints
Technical background in cascade analysis, filter design, circuit card assembly, RF hybrid technologies, high-speed data converters, high power RF design, scripting (Matlab or Python)
