As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, helping customers navigate their financial needs and build lasting relationships. This role is perfect for outgoing individuals who thrive on connecting with others and providing sound financial advice.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers

Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success with building relationships
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Ability to strengthen relationships through collaboration
Self-motivated and confident
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet SAFE Act requirements

1 year cash handling experience
