Job Description
Join XPO as a Dedicated Team Driver, where you'll partner with another driver for extended runs, ensuring safety and compliance while enjoying competitive pay and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Run loads between XPO facilities for pickup and drop off
Navigate various routes and maintain CMV safety
Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations
Lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights
Required Qualifications
Valid Class A commercial driver’s license
At least 21 years of age
Safe driving record and history
Valid DOT Medical Certification Card or ability to pass a DOT physical
Hazardous materials, tank vehicle, and doubles/triples endorsements
Preferred Qualifications
Team driving or over-the-road experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
