Job Description
Join Clean Harbors as a Class A CDL Driver, where you'll operate various heavy and light-duty trucks while ensuring safety during hazardous waste clean-up. Be part of a team that prioritizes health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority
Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers
Operate a variety of Class A trucks
Loading and unloading of trucks
Manual labor on site
Maintain daily logs, time sheets, and various reports
Follow compliance regulations and rules
Safely operate vehicles in accordance with requirements
Observe corporate operating guidelines and procedures
Perform site-remediation and handling of hazardous materials
Required Qualifications
Valid Class A CDL
Ability to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment
Ability to use various mobile devices
Perform physical functions per job requirements
Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical
Meet facial hair standards for respirator use
Preferred Qualifications
Commercial driver experience
Hazmat and Tanker endorsement
Previous Hazmat experience
Ability to operate a manual transmission
Previous manual labor experience
