Job Description
Join Sevita as a Direct Support Program Supervisor and play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll supervise a dedicated team, implement care plans, and directly assist individuals in daily activities while fostering community involvement.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
Participate in administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight
Supervise a team of Caregivers
Provide support to individuals with daily activities
Facilitate community involvement and transportation
Required Qualifications
One year related work experience
Must be 18 years or older
Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
Other licensure or certification where required by regulatory authority
Excellent communication skills
Strong organizational abilities
