Key Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure vehicles are safe for customers
Use Penske's tools and technologies for repairs and diagnostics
Perform preventative maintenance including tire replacement and vehicle lubrication
Learn new skills through training and coaching
Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude
Valid driver's license
Ability to solve problems
Excellent customer service skills
Teamwork skills
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair
1-2 years of automotive or diesel repair experience
