Key Responsibilities
Assumes responsibility and accountability for patient care
Assesses patients' needs and initiates appropriate interventions
Observes and evaluates treatment effectiveness
Performs assessments and reassessments per policy
Intervenes to reduce patient pain and communicates with physicians
Required Qualifications
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state
Current BLS/CPR Card
Preferred Qualifications
Inpatient rehab experience
