Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Special Education from an accredited institution
- Valid NJ Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) OR NJ Teacher of Students with Disabilities (TOSD); one position needs P-3 Certification
- NJ DOE and NJ CHR
