Key Responsibilities
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care
Collaborate with residents and families for care planning
Coordinate care and conduct resident assessments
Educate residents on health maintenance and treatments
Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks appropriately
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
