Join Kaiser as a Psychologist on the Adult Team, providing critical mental health services to members. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for diverse psychiatric conditions, ensuring comprehensive care and support for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs.
Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
Conducts psychological assessments and prepares treatment plans.
Collaborates with physicians for psychotropic medication evaluations.
Provides consultation to other care providers and health educators.
Supervises psychology interns and other mental health trainees.
Required Qualifications
PhD/PsyD/EdD in Clinical Counseling, Health or School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
Psychologist License (California) within 6 months of hire.
National Provider Identifier required at hire.
Familiarity with DSM-V for diagnosis.
Experience in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions.
Knowledge of Evidence-Based Practice and psychotherapy research methods.
Knowledge of bio-psycho-social functions contributing to mental health.
Competence in individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous clinical responsibility in crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy.
Experience in psychological evaluations of diverse age groups.
Demonstrated professional maturity and ethical integrity.
Ability to complete multiple tasks/objectives in a timely manner.
