Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to work remotely. You will assist clients in filing taxes, providing expert advice, and ensuring excellent customer service in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer information securely
Document customer interactions accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
Preferred Qualifications
State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
