Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process
Assist in customer account management by accepting payments and managing appointments
Meet company performance standards and participate in community events
Develop customer relationships to maintain store profitability
Conduct vehicle appraisals accurately
Uphold compliance with company policies and regulations
Maintain office security protocols and manage cash transactions
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional demeanor with customers and peers
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to meet physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds
