Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Document resident interactions and care outcomes
Communicate residents' changing conditions to the charge nurse
Assist with meals and dining experiences
Provide housekeeping and laundry services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum age of 16
Ability to complete yearly competency testing
Preferred Qualifications
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
